TO.TINTOR is an online store operating by the applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Serbia.
TO.TINTOR products are available on the website totintor.com. The pages of the online store can be used for your private use without any usage fees, subject to the terms and rules outlined below.
By using TO.TINTOR's online store, you commit to respecting the terms and rules below and agree to comply with them.
The supplier of ordered digital products is TO.TINTOR.
Any person who registers, electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information, and completes an online purchase is considered a customer. All prices are expressed in Serbian dinars. TO.TINTOR is not obliged to the VAT system.

REGISTRATION:
To register on the TO.TINTOR online store, you must be at least 18 years old.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the entered data during registration.
TO.TINTOR undertakes to protect the privacy of all registered customers.
If there are any changes to the data you entered during registration, please update your user account promptly or inform us of any changes via email info@totintor.com .
ORDERING:
Products are ordered electronically. To start shopping, click the "Buy" button next to the desired product. The selected product will be added to the shopping cart.
To view the currently selected items, click on the "Cart" option in the menu. On this page, you can delete any items you do not want to purchase or change the quantity.
When you want to complete the purchase, click on
the "Checkout" option in the menu. A page will open where you need to enter your contact information so that we know where to deliver the ordered items.
Once you have filled in all the details, click on the "Order" button, and your order will be finalized. You will be redirected to a page where you enter payment details.

Payment is made by redirecting you to the website of our credit card processor after the payment page.

Customers have the choice, including the decision to be deleted from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer/user data is strictly kept and available only to employees who need such data to perform their job. All TINTOR Online store employees and business partners are responsible for respecting privacy protection principles.
When entering credit card data, confidential information is transmitted in encrypted form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the currently most advanced cryptographic technology. Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the complete payment process is performed on the bank's pages. At no point are credit card details available to our system. PAYMENT CONVERSION:
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
REFUND:
In case of product return and refund to a customer who previously paid with a credit card, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, TO.TINTOR is obliged to refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods. This means that the bank, at the merchant's request, will refund the funds to the user's card account.
DELIVERY:
All customer orders are delivered by a carrier engaged by TO.TINTOR. The customer checks the correctness of the order. Upon receiving the delivered goods, the customer must immediately inspect the received goods and inform the delivery worker of any possible deficiencies.
The customer is obliged to check for any damage when receiving the ordered goods and immediately report them to the delivery worker. If the customer notices damage later and has not returned the goods to the delivery worker, the customer can contact us via info@totintor.com to arrange for the goods to be received by the agreement with the customer.
If the customer rejects the order of incorrectly delivered items, the delivery worker must determine how the error in the exchange of items occurred by consulting the customer and contacting TO.TINTOR.
TO.TINTOR reserves the right to refuse the delivery of the ordered goods if it determines a violation of these terms and rules advertised on the website.
If the customer makes a mistake, the shipping cost is paid by the customer, and the goods are returned to the TO.TINTOR shop. The cost of sending when returning and replacing purchased goods is borne by the customer, except in cases where the customer receives a defective or wrong item; in that case, the TO.TINTOR online store covers the shipping costs.
TO.TINTOR is not responsible for the manner and quality of the delivery service.
The delivery worker undertakes to carry out the delivery professionally and responsibly by the rules of the service and the General conditions of the e-commerce business of the TO.TINTOR online store.
In case of delays in delivery due to a malfunction of the delivery vehicle or other objective or subjective reasons of the carrier, the cost of delivery is borne by the carrier.
One customer can create multiple orders in one day.
If the customer needs a specific delivery time (e.g., a birthday or another event that starts at a specific time and needs to be adapted), please indicate this in the notes so that we can accommodate your request.
DELIVERY COSTS: Delivery costs are covered by TO.TINTOR.
RETURN/COMPLAINT OF GOODS: Product Complaints:
Returns are accepted for 15 days from receiving the product.
In case of problems with the product itself, please contact us via email at info@totintor.com . We will respond as soon as possible and provide you with instructions on the procedure.
Please note that we do not process complaints if the product arrives in good condition, exactly as ordered in our shop.
Complaints for Damages:
It is crucial to report any damages you notice to our support email.
If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait while you check whether the damage to the packaging has caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are in order, sign the receipt of the shipment
