Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via DHL Express for fast and secure delivery. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is collected by DHL.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–3 business days before shipment.
  • Delivery Time: Orders usually arrive within 2–8 business days depending on destination.

Duties & Taxes

We cover all customs duties and taxes – so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Delivery Policy & Customer Responsibilities

All customer orders are delivered by a carrier engaged by ToTintor. Please review the following terms:

  • Inspection: Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any visible damage to the courier immediately.
  • Damage after delivery: If damage is noticed later, contact us at info@totintor.com.
  • Incorrect items: If incorrectly delivered items are refused, the courier records the error and contacts ToTintor.
  • Customer error: If the customer makes a mistake (wrong address/refusal), return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Defective or wrong items: ToTintor covers shipping costs if the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Delays: In case of carrier delays, costs are borne by the courier.
  • Specific delivery requests: Add notes at checkout (e.g., birthday, event) so we can accommodate.

Delivery Costs: All delivery costs are covered by ToTintor.
