• We will confirm your cancellation by email once received.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items may be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
• Jewelry must be unworn, with original tags and packaging (box, paperwork, receipt or order confirmation).
• Personalized jewelry pieces cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and warranty coverage.
• Photographic evidence of the damage may be required.

Return Process

• Email info@totintor.com to initiate your return.
• You will receive a return authorization number and instructions for secure return.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

Refunds

• Once we receive and verify your returned item, refunds will be processed within 60 business days.
