Returns and Exchanges:

Products are accepted for credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition and unworn.

We consider unworn jewelry to be pieces that have not been sized, worn, or had their tags removed.

Original packaging includes the original box and any accompanying paperwork. We will also need a copy of your receipt or order confirmation for all returns.

Please note: We are unable to accept returns for personalized jewelry pieces.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us without delay and within 5 days of delivery.
• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and warranty coverage.
• We may require photographic evidence of the damage before processing the return or exchange.

Return Process:

• We will provide you with a return authorization number [ID number or product] and instructions on how to return the item securely.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:
