Payment Information – Secure Credit Card & Currency Conversion

At ToTintor, we provide safe and transparent payment options to ensure a secure shopping experience for all our customers.

Payment by Credit Card

• Payment is made before delivery of goods to the customer.
• When paying via credit card, at the same time as sending the order, the total price will be reserved on the customer’s bank account.
• The amount will only be charged after the seller confirms the order to the customer.
• Once the order is confirmed, the reserved funds will be transferred from the buyer’s account to the seller’s account.
• If the customer skips or interrupts the payment process, all rights arising from the order procedure are lost.

Payment Conversion

All payments are made in the official currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD).

• The amount charged to your credit card account is calculated by converting the Euro price into RSD according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
• When your card is charged, the amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rates of the credit card associations (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
• As a result of this conversion, there may be minor differences from the original price stated on our website.
