All customer orders are delivered by a carrier engaged by ToTintor. The customer checks the correctness of the order.
Upon receiving the delivered goods, the customer must immediately inspect the received goods and inform the delivery worker of any possible deficiencies.
The customer is obliged to check for any damage when receiving the ordered goods and immediately report them to the delivery worker.
If the customer notices damage later and has not returned the goods to the delivery worker, the customer can contact us via info@totintor.com to arrange for the goods to be received by agreement.
If the customer rejects the order of incorrectly delivered items, the delivery worker must determine how the error in the exchange of items occurred by consulting the customer and contacting ToTintor.
ToTintor reserves the right to refuse the delivery of the ordered goods if it determines a violation of these terms and rules advertised on the website.
If the customer makes a mistake, the shipping cost is paid by the customer, and the goods are returned to the ToTintor shop.
The cost of sending when returning and replacing purchased goods is borne by the customer, except in cases where the customer receives a defective or wrong item; in that case, the ToTintor online store covers the shipping costs.
ToTintor is not responsible for the manner and quality of the delivery service.
The delivery worker undertakes to carry out the delivery professionally and responsibly by the rules of the service and the General conditions of the e-commerce business of the ToTintor online store.
In case of delays in delivery due to a malfunction of the delivery vehicle or other objective or subjective reasons of the carrier, the cost of delivery is borne by the carrier.
One customer can create multiple orders in one day.
If the customer needs a specific delivery time (e.g., a birthday or another event that starts at a specific time and needs to be adapted), please indicate this in the notes so that we can accommodate your request.
